Refund Policy

1. Scope: business-to-business

DyaPi is for professionals only (B2B). The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

2. Prepaid credits

• Consumed credits correspond to a service rendered and are non-refundable.
• Unused credits remain usable for one (1) year from purchase; they are not refundable in cash.
• On account closure or termination, any unused balance is forfeited, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prepaid credit packs (e-invoicing, synchronisation, Chorus Pro) carry no commitment.

3. Subscriptions and plans

Under the Terms (Art. 12), subscriptions (synchronisation, e-invoicing, Chorus Pro) have an initial term of one (1) year, tacitly renewed, terminable at term (Art. 12.2). Prepaid packs are excluded (no commitment, §2). No pro-rata refund is due for a started period, except fault of Aytechnet. On a price change, you may terminate as of the new schedule's effective date (Terms 6.10).

4. Electronic invoicing

E-invoicing operations are counted in units when an issued invoice is accepted by the platform or at the first detailed consultation of a received invoice (License & Terms, § 8). They then correspond to a service rendered and are non-refundable. A held or rejected transmission is not counted.

5. Disputing an invoice

Any dispute must be raised in writing within the Terms' deadlines (Art. 6.8). After that, the invoice is deemed accepted.

6. Malfunction attributable to Aytechnet

In case of unavailability or malfunction attributable to Aytechnet significantly affecting the service, Aytechnet may issue a proportionate credit note or re-credit (Terms Art. 11 and Schedule A).
